How to Add Clients:

  • Use the forms on this Page “Add New Client” 
  • Or email us the following details: 
    a) Full Name
    b) Event Date
    c) Preferred Stylist (if applicable)
    d) Services Required
  • You can also email us multiple clients in one email, if you like to add a few enquiries to your portal/account. 

Example: 

(Client Name) / 03.03.2026
(Venue/location name) / No preferred stylist / Bridal hair and make up 

(Client Name) / 07.10.2026

Please ensure the client is aware of the portal and has consented to their details being shared with us.

Client-Managed Bookings

(Client manages own booking and manages their own payments)

If your client prefers to manage their own booking, here’s what to do:

  • Share our Client Enquiry Form link with them >>>>  Client Enquiry Form.
  • They can fill out their details and preferences directly, and we’ll take it from there! Please inform your client to mention your name or business, to receive their discount

Important Reminder: Only the marrier (bride, groom, or partner) should fill out this client-managed booking form to ensure all details are accurate and personalized.

Supplier Guidelines

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please keep the following in mind:

  • Always double-check client details before submitting.
  • Provide accurate event dates and times to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Let us know if there are any special requests or important notes about the client (allergies, sensitivities, other).
  • We have a minimum fee in place. Please be aware that this minimum fee will be charged if the service requested is below that minimum fee. 
 

Important Information

  • Stylist Assignments: While we aim to secure the requested stylist, changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Minimum Booking Fees: Please be aware, that we have a minimum booking fee 
  • Booking Adjustments: Inform us promptly if clients wish to make any changes, such as adding services or upgrading packages.
  • Supplier discounts: will only be automatically applied if the end total cost meets or exceeds our minimum fee. ( excluding travel and call out charges)

  1. What Happens Next?

    If you’re an existing supplier:

    • The client will be added to your portal should we have availability. You’ll receive a confirmation or ” not available”  email after checking our availability with the team.
    • once the non refundable and non transferrable booking fee has been paid, your booking is confirmed 
    • please forward all important information to the client that we have listed below ” information for client “

    If you are new: 

    • We’ll create an account for you using the email provided. Login details will be sent to your inbox so you can access your new supplier portal.
    • Please sign your agreement that you will receive from us. This agreement will contain all important informations regarding our hair and make up services and all informations of how to book a client, including client informations and more. By confirming any bookings, you fully agree to all terms.

INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS

FOR CLIENTS : 

Book Your Trial (Optional):
Whether you prefer a virtual or in-salon experience, booking a trial with one of our talented stylists is easy! Here’s how:

    1. Click the Booking Link: [Book here]
    2. Search for: “Virtual Trial” or “In-Person Trial” in the service options.
    3. Select Your Stylist: Choose the stylist you’d like to work with.
    4. Pick a Date and Time: Select a date and time that suits you best.
    5. Reserve Your Booking: Complete the process to reserve your trial appointment.
      Important Information: In-person trials booked online are exclusively for appointments at our salon in Fort William and do not confirm bookings outside the salon. If you would like to schedule an in-person trial or preview at a location outside the salon, please contact us directly via email to make the necessary arrangements.
    6. Confirm Your Booking via payment link you or the client receives after the trial has been booked 
    7. Save your payment ID 

After Your Trial Confirmation
Once you’ve confirmed your trial through the booking system and completed your payment, please:

  1. Enter your Trial Payment ID into the Hair/Makeup Consultation Form in your portal.
  2. Add the ID to the trial booking notes (you should have received a booking confirmation email for your trial).

We recommend keeping your Trial Payment ID safe in case we need to locate your payment or request confirmation.

Team & Stylist Allocation

All bookings are secured with Bonnys Wonderland as a company and agency, rather than with an individual stylist, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Stylists are carefully assigned based on location, availability, schedule logistics, travel requirements, service suitability, and the overall smooth operation of the booking. For supplier and planner-managed bookings in particular, team allocations may occasionally need to be adjusted closer to the event date to ensure the most suitable stylist and schedule arrangement for all parties involved.

While we always aim to keep the originally assigned stylist where possible, Bonnys Wonderland reserves the right to reassign or adjust team members when reasonably required for operational, scheduling, travel, illness, emergency, or logistical reasons.

Any stylist reassignment will always be replaced with an appropriately qualified team member of a similar standard and service level.

Mileage and travel costs are initially calculated based on the stylist assigned at the time of booking confirmation. These would generally only change if:

the booking details or location change,

additional services are added,

the schedule requires an earlier start time or early call-out,

or substantial logistical changes are required.

Clients booking specifically with Bonnys Wonderland are booking the overall experience, service standard, and agency team.

If a client wishes to secure a specific stylist and guarantee that no reassignment can occur (except in emergencies or circumstances outside of reasonable control), a Secured Stylist Fee may apply. This reserves that stylist exclusively for the booking and limits internal team reallocation flexibility.

Communication Policy

To ensure all booking details, schedules, agreements, travel information and service changes remain accurate and properly documented, Bonnys Wonderland operates primarily via email communication.

As we manage multiple weddings, locations, stylists and schedules simultaneously, we do not provide general client communication via personal mobile number or social media messaging.

This helps avoid lost information, misunderstandings, missed details and scheduling errors, while ensuring all communication remains organised and traceable for both parties.

Please note: Social media messages are not monitored as a primary communication channel.

Changes, requests or booking information sent via Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or text message may be missed and cannot be guaranteed as received.

All official communication, booking requests and amendments must be sent via email or the appropriate client forms/portal.

For booked clients, additional communication channels may occasionally be provided closer to the wedding day where operationally required.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this process, as it allows us to provide the highest level of organisation and service possible.
